About the firm

Caroline De Lepeleire

Attorney and court-appointed receiver

A career at the intersection of law and business.

Caroline De Lepeleire holds a law degree from Ghent University, followed by a specialisation in Études spécialisées en droit social at the Université Libre de Bruxelles.

She spent several years in the corporate world at a social payroll office before making the move to legal practice. That hands-on experience within a social payroll office still shapes the way she handles cases today: structured, mindful of procedures, deadlines and concrete numbers.

She has practised as an attorney since 2007, first at the Brussels bar and later at the Antwerp bar, where she focuses on employment and social security law.

Since 2016 she has also served as a court-appointed receiver at the Dutch-speaking Business Court in Brussels, where she handles various judicial mandates and advises clients on insolvency law.
